Initial service in store was ok, but once paid for the item, the customer service went right downhill - non existent!Didn’t keep me informed about delivery delays, and didn’t seem very interested either.I won’t be purchasing from here again.

Have now bought 3 different beds from here. Fair prices with quality build. Delivered when arranged or before. Great little store that to us is better than the larger companies with a better customer experience.

Customer Service was ok but after care servive a disgrace, bought a £350 mattress, it was supposed to be medium firm, it was more like rock hard, only had it for 3days, he flatly refused to refund or exchange due to covid....do not buy from him, he is a disgrace

Went into the shop to choose a bed ,the guy I think is called Mr Shah,very rude.Bad customer service.I think he had language barrier as he could not understand what I was asking for.I do not reccomend this company.

Really enjoyed visiting the store in Sundon Park and speaking with Shah, who is very knowledgeable and skilled. The selection is huge and there are premium products for all budgets. Very friendly, family run business
