The SPINNEY is FABULOUS. Got lots of lovely Staff whether buying a Caravan, Motor Home or in the shop. Richard in the Caravan selling Dept. Is WONDERFUL. Listens to you!!! Very rare for a man WHO LISTENS.

This place really has everything to do with caravans and motorhomes. Plenty of used and new vans to view along with a big shop with almost every accessory you can think of. Salesman we spoke to was helpful and provided some good advice

Really great amount of vehicles available to have a look around, both new and used. Prices seem reasonable and not over inflated. Staff very helpful and not pushy. Good camping equipment on sale too. Toilets( ladies toilets were very clean and nice air freshener) and cafe on site. Plenty of customer parking.

My experience at the beginning wasn’t the best but spinny caravans rectified all the issues we had especially Ben!! so I just want to thank you for everything and if you are considering buying a caravan go to spinny caravans they will look after you, they go that bit further for you to make all your memories in your caravan

Absolutely great customer service, from the lady who served us. Upon recommendation from Staffordshire branch, we visited to view day shelters for our caravan trips.We are now the proud owners of a pop-up Quest 2.5 x 2.5m screen shelter. A little more expensive than we were looking to spend, but 3 enclosed sides. This will make an excellent dayroom in front of our awning.The staff member serving us advised us on all available makes & models. She fetched our purchase from the stock room & wheeled it out to our car. Long box, a bit of a bug to load, she even tried helping with that.Now this was a lady of senior years, who could have quite easily asked one of the younger male staff to help. But - Nope, she carried her customer service, right through to completion. Thank you!

Travelled 50 mile to see a “ must be seen “ Motorhome and it was filthy. The carpets had been walked all over with dirty gritty feet and were disgusting. No need to leave the carpets down for people viewing, wrap them in polythene like other dealers do. Bathroom had not been cleaned since the owner sold it to them and kitchen sink cover was all warped. None of these conditions were on any of the photographs so I “wonder” if they were showing catalogue photos and not the actual van. Would not buy from somewhere like this!

We ordered an Autosleeper Burford in April 2023, i asked the Salesmen to please make sure it had a boom table, expected delivery mid June.I emailed and whats apped him numerous times about the delivery date and about the table.At the end of June i was emailing and messaging about my motorhome, i just got a message ill let you know when its in"it wasn't until i spoke to Richard the Sales Manager that it got delivered 2 days later.we inspected it as soon as it came in

Bought my first Motorhome from Spinney in 1998. Bought my latest Motorhome from them 3 years ago. Great company to deal with. Had a few teething problems with the last one, but Spinney soon sorted it.

Purchased new coachman feb 2023 still waiting for small parts to finish issues , took caravan back as arranged but only did 2 as they forgot parts ! Contacted them numerous times but like all the supposedly big companies nice taking your money but awful after sales when you pay . Wouldn’t use again !!

Went to the Cheshire branch. Dismayed at the lack of caravan stock there, although looking at reviews the Flintshire and Staffordshire branch looked more geared up for caravans. Definitely mostly motor homes at Cheshire. Their showroom I thought was tiny compared to photos.
