I needed an internal laptop batter replacing and found the Dedicatech service very professional with great communications throughout.Not only did they collect and return the laptop but they did so in less than 3 hours compared to the 2 day service offered by another company. Recommended.

After a helpful phone call no one arrived at the appointed time and neither the engineer nor the office answer the phone or reply to E-Mails or texts. Useless

I had excellent service from Matt who sorted a factory reset on my second-hand laptop, a downloading issue, lack of storage and various other problems I was having. Matt contacted me promptly, solved everything very quickly and gave me some excellent advice. I cannot fault his techie support and help (and probably his patience!). Many thanks.

When I accidentally pulled the wire out of a small USB lamp, I knew that with Matt's in-depth knowledge of electronics, he would be easily able to fix it! The lamp was in full working order, it was just a matter of connecting the wires back to the circuit board. Matt fixed it really quickly, within a matter of days, so now my lamp is working again, and we have saved another electrical item from going to a landfill!Would highly recommend Matt, he is very knowledgeable about all things to do with electronics, and even my neighbours have had a good experience with him as well.

Excellent support! My desktop was badly overheating. Mat checked the system, and promptly diagnosed the problem with supporting photos and diagnostics, quoting a very reasonable repair price. He reported the completed repair with photos and diagnostics. The computer now works better than when I first bought it. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.2 years later - My computer died in the middle of a system update. Spent days trying and failing to reinstall the system. Found a RAM error, but still could not get it to work. Called Dedicatech who found the fault in the graphics card. They gave me a range of replacement options based on price and performance. Great service again. I should have called them sooner!

Glad I found this business online which is actually on my street! Got my computer fixed within a day with as little as £40.00 diagnosis and repair fee which PC World wanted to charge me a minimum £150.00! The first thing I did when I got my laptop back is to write this positive review for them as they deserve it. Highly recommend their service!

Did a house call at very short notice. Gave some good advice on how to maintain my laptop going forward. Didn't even charge me because he said he hadn't done any repair or diagnostic work on my machine - but he still managed to get my machine working in 5 minutes!
