Grubby and dirty diner. Needs a good clean.

This Lille chef has closed due to the rent for the site being over £26k a MONTH for a falling down unsafe building putting all the locals out of work. The grubbiness and lack of care was due to the site owners neglect over many years and many owners not the workers and probably not the company . A shame as they are trying hard but being rated/charged as a service station = stupid rents
