The employees were so rude. Had a mistake processing my order. Charged me twice for a 12” sandwich just because they had already cut the bread into two. When I asked why was I charged with 16gbp for a 12” sandwich, the male indian staff was raising his voice to the point that he had embarrassed me to other costumers. He doesnt stop reasoning out just because he doesnt want to own up on his mistake. Even the other employee, an old rude lady with white hair was trying to meddle in our conversation even if she doesnt know anything about the problem.

Usually Subway is great but this specific Subway wasn’t that good. The service was very late and the staff seemed as they were forced to serve their customers. I am not sure if the reason is the tourism season or that is the general way of service.

Ate the sandwich because i was hungry, but was very very disgusted. J An" was the person making my sandwich. She simply gave me the changes with the same glove she used to make my sandwich. I thought she probably would throw away her gloves after me. But when i looked inside from the street

Food service was very good. Drink vending machine was not working fully, some drinks were out, and staff were too busy to sort. Toilets were out of order at time of visit.

Very bad service. The server refused to change her gloves after touching meat (pork) before making my sandwich. Also added jalapeños which I cannot eat instead of pickles which I asked for. Also the staff were stingy in giving tissues. Overall bad experience. Avoid this Subway.

Many I say I be going to subway all over London and england but i have to say that the staff that runs this one shouldn't i was waiting to be served and the people behind me got served first the place was dirty not clean table the floor was dirty to the staff was just talking not doi g nothing my food was cold i got a veg wrap and if i hadn't be so hungry i would have not eat it NOT GO HERE

The food is what you want from a Subway. So long as you order things you like the quality is what you expect and you will enjoy it. The restaurant was dirty and the staff unhelpful/bored even though it was very busy. Unhelpful and because it's so loud they misheard my wife's order and thought she just wanted a cheese, rather than steak and cheese. Low quality service on resolution of the issue.

Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy spending close to £14 on a sandwich, drink, and cookie. Insane pricing.
