I honestly can’t thank you all enough for our beautiful wedding flowers. Lucy created the most amazing bouquet, flower girl hoops, button holes, corsages and decorated our venue perfectly. She understood our vision and guided us through the decorations and colour choices. Her communication throughout the process was incredible and she was always at the end of an email to answer any questions during the planning and lead up. Truly a bespoke experience!Lucy was wonderful, making the entire process stress free. She is an expert florist and was able to create exactly the look that I wanted for my wedding at Colchester Castle. I could not have been happier with Sweet P and highly recommend them.

My daughter telephoned Lucy at 4.40pm requesting a bouquet for me as I was under the weather. Though Lucy was about to 'shut up shop' she kindly put together the most gorgeous arrangement and delivered to me on her way home. That is what I call excellent customer service! Lucy was lovely to work with and listened to all my ideas. Due to covid I was shielding last year and she was kind enough to do all the arrangements through many emails. The flowers themselves were lovely, and arrived promptly on the day and were well packaged and named. They decorated our local church too beautifully! Thanks for contributing to our perfect day!

We were staying in Dovercourt for a week which included our wedding anniversary. I wanted some flowers delivered for our arrival and opted for Sweet P Floral Design. I phoned the order through and left them to it. When we arrived for our week's holiday my wife opened the door and there the flowers were, needless to say she she'd a tear because they were so beautiful. Thank you so much. My mum has just received the most beautiful unique floral arrangement for Mother's Day from Sweet P. Given these unusual times it was a real challenge to source a florist in Harwich that could deliver over the Mother's day weekend. One of their competitors who were understandably very busy too, suggested ringing back each day until this morning when they said they could not fulfil my request. Ellie from Sweet P came to the rescue! She was lovely on the phone, whereby we agreed on the perfect arrangement catering for my mum's personal preferences. She also apologised it would not be delivered until 4.30, which was fine given my experience with the other local florists, the fact they could still deliver at short notice was a godsend. The beautiful flowers were delivered by a very nice chap at 4.20pm! My mum could not be happier. What a great testament of exceptional customer service. Well done guys and I will not hesitate to use you again in the future.
