Ignore the silly reviews, this is cracking spot for a little walk in the woods and although it can be a bit muddy on the paths it’s worthwhile climbing higher up for the splendid views. It was very quiet when I visited, only 3 cars all day and there is no parking restrictions and no charges. Beware though as summer approaches as this will be a paradise for midges!
