I just wanted to feedback what a good job Raffles did for my bathroom.Carine and James guided me through the design process with good suggestions along the way and responded to queries throughout the process. Ivan was a great fitter and made sure throughout that I was happy with the progress and they all made sure to iron out any minor issues I had prior to finishing the job.Im glad I trusted Raffles to guide me through an unfamiliar process and am delighted with the end result

Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. The whole process was a pleasure from start to finish ; beautiful design from James, lovely range of quality products to choose from, and superb installation by Dave and Zac. Nothing was too much trouble and they really know their stuff! Highly recommended and I would use Raffles again in a heartbeat.

I am so pleased with my newly fitted kitchen. Abigail was really knowledgeable and helpful throughout. David and Gavin couldn’t have been any nicer. They were hardworking, polite and really cared about the end result. They always cleaned up after themselves and treated our home with respect.

We’ve just had a lovely en-suite bathroom installed. The whole process was very smooth and a one stop shop from design through to fitting. Philip was very helpful with the design process, happy to answer any questions we had and help us make adjustments along the way and Ivan did a wonderful job with the fitting which is of a great quality. We’ll definitely come back to Raffles when the main bathroom needs doing.

After trying Blok and Paines & Gray - Abi was hands down the most helpful kitchen designer in the area who was able to give me a quote very quickly and not over sell.I would recommend anyone designing a kitchen to go speak to Abi at Raffles.

We were very happy with our new bathroom, but only a few months later the shower tray has cracked and is leaking and the bath plug has rusted. I reported the issue and was told they had lots of other customers to serve first. The shower leak is now damaging other parts of the bathroom, and reaching the floor below. It also smells. Considering it cost £17k, I feel the response to my complaint has been incredibly slow. I still don’t know when it will be fixed. I’m sure the problems have stemmed from the poor sole fitter being rushed on the job. They allowed 2 weeks for the fitting, but both weeks had bank holidays and the fitter had a days leave booked, so out of a possible 10 working days, he only worked 7. No wonder it’s faulty and poorly done! I wouldn’t be so upset if they hadn’t completely dismissed by complaint.

We have recently had a new bathroom designed and fitted by Raffles. The experience was very easy from a visit to the showroom to the installation in our home. The bathroom looks fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend Raffles to anyone.

We are delighted with our new bathroom! Very high quality finish. Would recommend to anyone. James and his team are very accommodating. Thanks especially to Ivan for such a good job, plus Carine for the original design. We got several quotes from places like Wickes but wanted to go with a smaller, local company. We are glad we did. Price wise they were very similar but we are sure the service here was much much better.

This review covers the second project that Raffles have completed. So, after the 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom, it was a building project to enlarge the kitchen, a complete redesign of both the kitchen and utility room. Again James had the perfect design solution and this time it was Phil and Tony who worked endlessly for 6 weeks. The skill factor of both the building project and refit was of the highest standard . The project was completed exactly on time and within the quoted budget.I would recommend Raffles every time.

Thrilled with our new bathroom and installation by Raffles.Great recommendations and suggestions by James, he really understood our quite exacting requirements. Any queries or concerns we had were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. The fitters, Phil and Tony were personable, very skilled and very precise in their work. They also did a great job of tidying up at the end of each day.We couldn’t have asked for better service and outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Raffles to all.
