Used this service for some time because they charge by weight not item. They've lost clothing items at the shop, they've broken my laundry box, I've received clothes that have not been folded properly and hence creased all over again, I've received dresses that weren't hung and hence creased. All the times I've spoken to the ladies about these problems they have been rude, abrupt and never offered any compensation. A couple of times I requested a return delivery, but the driver has never arrived at the specified time, couldn't follow directions given over the phone and has been downright rude. On the first occasion I requested a collection, he arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and I was not in - I had informed the shop that I would not be in before a certain time due to an appointment - and now they refuse to provide the service. The shop was very rude on the phone when I called to find out where the driver was. There are so many other companies in the area to choose from ...

In walking distance, two day turn around, polite and professional, shirts are ironed and put in plastic covers.
