Poor service & fitted a strap for me on a Diesel watch that didn’t actually fit around my wrist but still made to pay for it

Really quick service but far too pricey for changing a watch battery

Absolutely scandalous prices, went with a lower level Swiss watch for a battery and a few links adding. £75, I got it done locally for £15 complete rip off.

Maya was fantastic! I had to replace my watch strap and Maya was patient whilst I chose a new strap. She also removed the Sport logo that was on the strap in yellow as I didn't like it. Maya then replaced my watch strap and I am very pleased with the result. Perfect service!

I have a rather unique deep seadivers watch that needed a battery replacing. It took these guys an hour to fix and synchronise it.Would recommend highly.

Do not use this service for any jewellery repairs. Overpriced and incredibly slow.

Robbing ******Wanted £15 for a watch battery and said it need to be resealed etcTook it to swatch in manchester. Replaced battery free of charge and advised there watches dont need resealing after a battery change

I took a diamond bracelet there three and a half months ago just to adjust the clasp. Paid £40 and left it with them. Over that time I have rung them numerous times and also visited the shop 4 times asking where it was and what was happening. Got every excuse under the sun, it’s away, we’ll text you etc etc. Went today and demanded it back and my money. They let me speak to head office whilst there and I told them they had incompetent staff working there and I wanted the bracelet back and my money. Whilst on the phone, the staff member was going through drawers and miraculously brought out the bracelet! It had been there all the time. Nothing had been done at all. I was furious and let them know. Got my money back and took the bracelet.Absolute waste of time and would NEVER recommend using them. I’ve only given 1 star because you can’t give zero stars!

Bit overpriced, £10 for a link removed and watch pin failed after the link removal. Pin was replaced for free
