If you can manage to get someone to represent you they are great. But therein is the problem you have to wait week's to see anybody now by which time your original problem has consumed you. So they can be a waste of time, quite literally! Also they offered to do a benefits check for a friend of mine who then changed their mind about it but alarmingly then insisted on the details of their national insurance number!? Why would they need that unless to pass it on. They have a spy in the camp if you ask me! How can that make them independent if they are asking for those details.
