I recently booked a holiday on the phone with the TUI Hartlepool Team. I received fantastic service throughout which made the whole process quick and easy. I would like to especially thank you Kim for Her patience and answering my queries. Her customer service was 5 star, She was polite, extremely friendly and shared a wealth of knowledge and her enthusiasm for the Country/area we will be visiting. Kelly was also very helpful when processing my booking. It is clear the whole Team have excellent communication skills and were all so lovely to talk to. We visited the Hartlepool store today and met Claire; a very pleasant and helpful lady. She was extremely competent and helped us to book up our upcoming holiday in Thailand. She discussed all the issues regarding flights and hotel and even managed to arrange a discount on the advertised sale price. We left the store feeling very content and happy using Tui. Thank you!

I recently booked two holidays with TUI, a family holiday for Florida 2025 and a holiday in Majorca for 2024. Mel Harland was fantastic nothing was any trouble for Mel, she has gone above and beyond what I expected to make sure everything is perfect for the family and myself. I'm sure I will be booking with TUI for future holidays, thanks again Mel your a star.

Had to change my holiday for 2024 which I had booked for my wife and myself to Tenerife. However after just coming back from the Algarve, we decided to go back next year. I phoned Tui and an absolutely excellent lady with great customer service skills and real professionalism called Mel handled the change with no problems whatsoever. It is a real pleasure to speak to someone who is so passionate about their work. Tui should be proud of people like Mel.

Just a quick note to say thank you to Kim for sorting out and booking our cruise for next year. We had a lot of questions as this is going to be our first cruise, but she was very patience and found out everything we needed to know. First time here for us but we won't hesitate to use TUI Hartlepool again.
