Lovely High Street Costa. Very busy with people working on laptops & the staff were working hard, making service understandably ‘slow’.

Visited Friday 04.08.23 at Monton, Eccles store. I managed to find nearby street parking (limited to 60 minutes) & there was a good selection of the usual Costa Coffee food - mostly over-priced sandwiches & cakes - & I had my usual large cappuccino & a cake. Plenty of seating, & found a table rear of store. About half full, 3 business types working away on laptops/tablets & a nice, quiet stress-free atmosphere. I didn't visit the Gents loo, so can't comment on its standard of hygiene.

Nice and tasty coffee and frappes, but the service is too slow. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to receive 2 drinks. (This happed out of peak hours so dont know the reason)

After a long walk , it was great to be able to buy a coffee and a hot chocolate then relax in a fairly quiet atmosphere.Not too crowded either.

Great service from friendly staff, as usual. Busy, chatty atmosphere. However, the window armchairs and fabric chairs are grubby and ripped. Not what you expect in a pricey establishment!! Three stars for decor and furniture.

Really friendly customers and warm and clean to sit, but the service is often pretty slow, especially when people ordering more complicated drinks, the line gets pretty long and you Not great when waiting with a baby or meeting a friend if you arrive at separate times.
