Alison and her team have been amazing. Getting started was quick and convenient. The best part is that you can text her and she always responds! It's nice to have direct contact. The cleaning service is VERY personalized to each household and family which is nice. The company is very safe, secure, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this cleaning company. They even do a great job with all the pet hair I have going on in my house with 2 cats and a dog... Which is saying a lot. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!!!

Elaine and her team of ladies were utterly amazing. They meticulously cleaned our new home from top to bottom and gave me tips and pointed out areas that needed care along the way. The house was far dirtier than we expected on the day we moved in but it didn’t phase the ladies, nothing was too much effort for them and they were considerate and polite. The house is sparkling clean now. Excellent service and excellent value for money. I will certainly have them back!!

Wow!! Am so impressed! I contacted this company because I had a new bathroom fitted and the brick dust got everywhere. My elderly neighbours were also thinking of getting a company in to do the cleaning. So I phoned the company and after 3or 4 attempts spoke to Emma. We arranged for today for my neighbour and me to be “deep cleaned”. I went out so left Elaine, Kelly and Cal to work their magic. And they certainly did! I am going to sign up for cleaning every 2 months. I certainly recommend this company. Absolutely brilliant. Hope all future cleans will be as good.

I can not recommend Alison and her team at Bright and Beautiful Ipswich enough. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and was struggling to give my house a thorough clean before my baby’s due date. I also have a dog and two cats so there was a lot of fur around the house!As soon as I rang Alison to book in a deep clean, she made time straight away to come and view my house and provided a plan and quote for me there and then. The next week Alison and her team of ladies came over and gave my house the best clean it’s ever had. No more pet hair, everything is sparkling clean and it all smells amazing. The team were lovely, friendly and very professional and I couldn’t of asked for more! To top everything off, they provided me with a beautiful wooden basket for storage and left a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card wishing me the best with the birth of my little girl.I would not hesitate to contact Alison again to book in another clean as they have done such a superb job.

.I've got CCTV throughout my property and after spotting suspicious/bad practice with the Ipswich based Bright & Beautigul I decided to watch, for the first time their entire visit to my home approx 12 days ago. I was shocked, appalled and all became clear as to why I had been feeling sickly for some time. There were so many awful things going on that they are too detailed to list here. Just one example is that I observed the cleaners dust bits here and there, but always the 2 cleaners were together laughing and talking incessantly.They then proceed with the same dirty dust cloth to my kitchen dusting kitchen surfaces, sink, sink bowl, inside microwave. Then to top it all they continued using the same filthy dusters to wipe the kitchen floor in place of the requested mopping. Management didn't even ask to come out and view the footage.I shall be reporting the matter to health and safety about the filthy bad practices of this company. If the head owner of this company wish to discuss in more depth, I would be more then happy to inform you as can see many people becoming seriously ill.Date of experience: 24 March 2023 although breakages, dents, scratches have been observed on numerous items which have been heavily handled. The cleaners always made out that they didn't do such things, but the camera told me otherwise. The term 'gas lighting' comes to mind!4TH AUGUST 2023 - UPDATE - AS PER ALISON'S FEEDBACK BELOW YES I DISCUSSED FOR THE SECOND TIME TO HER COMPANY MY CONCERNS IN LATE MAY 2023, AS ELAINE WHO IS ALISON'S ASSISTANT DID NOT FOLLOW UP AND RESPOND TO ME WHEN I BROUGHT UP THE SERIOUS CONCERNS INITIALLY ON 27 MARCH 2023. I HAD INVITED ELAINE TO VIEW MY CCTV FOOTAGE ASAP AS ONLY HAS A 14 DAY WINDOW BEFORE IT DELETES ITSELF AND TOLD HER THIS, BUT SHE DECLINED.ALISON ALSO DID NOT RESPOND LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD AFTER I HAD TO DETAIL IT ALL OVER AGAIN AS PER ABOVE IN LATE MAY OF THIS YR. I THEN SOUGHT LEGAL ADVICE AND WAS ADVISED TO PUT IT FORMALLY ALL IN A LETTER TO ALISON SO I HAD IT IN WRITING, WHICH I DID APPROX 2 WKS AGO. ALISON THEN WROTE A LETTER DATED 25TH JULY 2023 STATING 'THE CONTENTS ARE NOTED BUT NOT AGREED' & 'I AWAIT CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOUR SOLICITOR'.THIS COMPANY CLEARLY DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY OR FOLLOW THROUGH WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. I SHALL NOW TAKE THE COMPANY TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Bright & Beautiful by name, bright and beautiful by natureWe are very grateful to the team at Bright & Beautiful who have been cleaning our apartment for two years. They work to our schedule, the team are so friendly and respectful.The clean they do is always of a high standard but we always felt comfortable to suggest more efficient ways of doing things or for them to focus on particular area that we needed. Requests were always met with enthusiasm which was a unique experience for us.Their commitment to sustainable and ethical products should also be lauded. Often, these types of products are not used due to them appearing less effective than chemical alternatives but they never deviated.

I have been using Bright & Beautiful for well over a year now for weekly house cleans and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliability, trust-ability and without mentioning a good thorough house clean! Alice and her team are professional but also approachable. Alice is also very patient with my little girl who is obsessed with her and insists on following her around as she is cleaning! I know it’s a team effort and allot of work goes on behind the scenes. I like the fact that someone is always available at the end of the phone should a matter arise. The reliability of Bright & Beautiful is above the rest and because of this I have enticed other family members to use them.I would highly recommend – Thank you Bright & Beautiful.

Wonderful cleaning services and great value for money! Elaine and her team of ladies always provide a great professional service with a friendly smile! Alison is always helpful if we need to move the regular cleaning dates around or desperately need an extra clean squeezed in. Cannot be more grateful and would highly recommend them!

Not a pleasant experience at all and unprofessional. AVOID! Slow emails, constantly had to chase them via emails to get my home cleaned. The house was looked at top to bottom for a quote and I was told that the same team would come to clean it over two full days due to the size of it. They came in the morning and left early (not doing an entire full day). They then also wanted to charge me EXTRA for another full day despite the quote price being for the whole home. The manager (Alison- I believe) did not charge me for this and agreed to do the last day to clean it. They sent ANOTHER team of girls one afternoon and I then had to explain what still needed to be cleaned, which wasted even more time and they came for a couple of hours only. It was supposed to be the same team. They were all gossiping the entire time and didn't clean very well. Overpriced and unprofessional.I now have two lovely cleaners who are professional, responsive, fast and friendly and really clean beautifully! Many of my neighbours have also told me to stay away from agencies like this and they recommended my new cleaners to me.

I contacted 6 companies regarding my moving clean - Bright & Beautiful were the only responders. Because we were moving out of the area, I had to leave a key with a neighbour AND request that the key be dropped back with the estate agent afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble and although I didn't see the clean myself - I heard from our old neighbours that the new owners said the place had been left immaculate - exactly what I wanted them to find! It was such a relief to know I could leave Alison in charge of my reputation whilst I scurried away to unpack somewhere else. Fully, fully endorse and can't recommend enough.
