I love this place because there is a great café attached to it.It is so good to wait in the comfort of a nice cafe while your dog is being treated, in my case, having her teeth cleaned.Excellent job is done too, for a fraction of the cost of taking her to the vets.Very highly recommended.A great place. I travel from Hartlepool to come here.

Great place and great staff, My Sprocker Bruno has been coming here for Over 6 Years now, Always friendly and comforting for him as he panics when I leave him, always comes out happy and looking first class. Just recently I have brought my year old Springer too and same again first class , they know how to look after my dogs and trust them 100%

I think Henry ( a cavapoo) really enjoys his visits,and looks very smart afterwards. There a new cafe there too. I like it there.

Perfect every time. My doggie treats it as a day out with a hair cut thrown in.

Always a wonderful service. My husband and I take Bee to get her nails cut. As much as she is a lovely affectionate dog, she is terrible when getting her nails cut and they are thick and strong with her being a basset hound. The ladies here always do a great job and are very lovely, especially with it being a walk in service. They are understanding of her fearful behaviour and are always professional. It breaks my heart to see her upset, but I know it is necessary and the groomers here always make it a good experience. Bee doesn’t require full grooming services, but if she did I wouldn’t send her anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️P.S. My husband and I had our face date in the cafe next door too, so it’s got a special place in our hearts!

Took my dog after serious operation for a groom - her long fur was a bit tangled to say the least - and they were so caring and considerate towards her - thank you so much - she looks and I’m sure feels so much better now. Xx

Just increased their prices for nails to £10 from £5.Sign of the times. Great service never the less.

Milo has just had his Christmas cut and looks and smells amazing.Excellent staff and service he even came away with his own Christmas treats bauble .Thankyou.
