Very co-operative I dealt With John nothing to much trouble. The showroom is well worth a visit.will Defiantly be back to deal with this place again.

UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST! I paid 145k for a Porsche 911, the car turned up, all ok so far. Within half a mile it ran totally out of fuel, wasn't even enough to get to a local garage! I Called John at raceline to be told he would call Porsche as because it was showing the management light and a red warning indicator. 3 days later without a car as i didn't want to damage anything, no show from Porsche! I called them myself and they was out within 4 hrs.For the next 3 weeks i was stupidly waiting an apology hamper that i was told a number of times and with all the trimmings apparently(i would have much prefered the petrol) To this day nothing!£145.0000 and they had no regards whatsoever.

I was looking for a new van, and stumbled across Raceline on the internet. What can I say.... I'm speechless!! Less than 1 week, and I now have a brand new Ford Transit Custom Limited sitting on my drive!This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and I've had a lot of vehicles in the past! I dealt with John and Naomi with buying the vehicle. They were super helpful, and tended to every requirement I needed. I was a bit nervous about buying a vehicle I had not seen in the flesh, but I should not have been worried one bit. The vehicle looks absolutely gorgeous, and the whole experience went so well.The buying procedure was all done over the phone and online, and the vehicle was delivered to me free of charge. The Raceline kit including raceline seats i requested look amazing. I also asked for racking to be installed in the back for storage which is very well made!I feel very fortunate to have found Raceline. I will without a shadow of a doubt be dealing with raceline again in the near future. Keep doing what your doing guys!Thank you so much Raceline!!!

The fantastic staff at raceline helped us when we had car troubles. The attention to customer care was truly appreciated and most welcome on our trip to England . I would recommend them 100 %.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR YOUR OWN SANITY! DON'T IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!I purchased a £50k Mercedes C63s from this company (CURRENTLY ADVERTISED AGAIN ON THERE WEBSITE FOR EVE MORE MONEY -SEPT 2021) that ended up needing almost £9k worth of repairs which were mechanical (including a collapsing convertible roof, a broken rear-wheel carrier on a 510hp car!! and a lot more) plus cosmetics as they poorly wrapped the car, presumably to cover damage. They offered me a courtesy car and said they would repair the car then rescinded that offer the day before I was due to take the car to them; then did not respond to any calls or emails for the next 10 days so I went to various garages to get quotes to fix all the problems myself. I also discovered that the 6 month RAC warranty quoted on my receipt did not exist after contacting the RAC for confirmation, the total from Mercedes was just under £6k, see attached images, plus £2.6k to fix the wrap. I sent details of all the quotes to them, but they did everything possible to issue a refund rather than repair it as they originally agreed to do. The owner called me and tried telling me there was nothing wrong with the car while shouting down the phone quoting “all garages just want your money and will find problems just to get your money, I know there is nothing wrong with that car”. 2 Months after telling them about the first issue I reluctantly accepted their offer to refund the car and they collected the car, eventually after cancelling collection the day before yet again! only to tell me they're going to repair the car and sell it on! So, if you see this car for sale, walk away! They are a small company of just 4 people professing to be a big successful company quoting different departments". I dealt with all four members of their staff at one point or another; all of whom are either rude

Really pleased with the vehicle I purchased, couldn’t have been easier to sort out, all done over the phone and arrived in perfect condition very pleased and would highly recommend

Not pleasant to deal with. Purchased a £170k G63. Did not return our deposit after the car was purchased. Did not come with the second key. Followed up regarding the deposit being returned, and the key — was told it would be mailed back, and never was. Car was delivered with low oil, and low coolant. Wouldn’t deal with this company in the future for luxury car purchases.
