Sold our mothers house via Neil and Yopa. Have to say they were very quick and efficient and had over 30 people view the house within a week of putting it on the market. Neil was very professional throughout the whole process. As we all know, whether you're buying or selling the process is rather stressful. In this instance we were looking to buy and Neil did a fantastic job in minimising those stresses by keeping us updated and answering all the queries we had. On this occasion we didn't seal the house we loved however that was no negative on Neil and nothing further we could have done as the seller chose someone with no chain.
