Warmer Homes cleared the old insulation and installed new in our house last week, they also insulated the loft properly.The were very professional and appear to have done an excellent job.We are very pleased. highly recommended

Warmer Group installed cavity wall insulation at my house. All staff were super professional - lady in the office, survey man and two two man teams who did the job.During survey, man with thermal camera checked every room for cold sports on the walls, had a look in the loft and suggested few improvements which I could do myself to increase warmth retention even better, then we inspected cavity walls with scope camera if there was old insulation. Once he finished he explained that old cavity wall insulation has to be removed before new stuff can be pumped in. He explained exactly how the work would look like so I was fully prepared for it.The job took two days. First day extraction and second day installation of the new product. Both crews were on site 5 mins before 8AM (agreed start time) and each team explained what they would be doing. Extraction was from 8.15AM to 4.15PM with short lunch break and the installation 8.10AM to 10AM.Both teams super professional and left no mess behind them.Since the installation our house is 2 degrees warmer and we have no drafts.One thing that was missing in my opinion is a follow up after the job, maybe even quick survey with thermal camera again. I can tell that the house is warmer but it would be nice to see if there are any cold spots left.I highly recommend this company!

Professional company with friendly and hardworking employees. Man who wrere doing the work couldn't be more polite, knowledge and professional. I had a cavity wall done and The Warmer Group was able to secure me a government grand which is a massive help during inflation. I had few quotes from other companies and all of them were more expensive and did not offer government grand. I will definetly recommend The Warmer Group to my friends. I'm very happy with their work.

The Warmer Group carried out cavity wall insulation on our property after investigation by their surveyor with a camera that there was none whatsoever! The quote was agreeably affordable and the work was carried out less than a week after the surveyor visited us. The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and informative and kept us updated on appointment times etc.. The difference in warmth in the house was hugely noticeable in about 2 days. Highly recommend this company and the 'bead' cavity wall insulation.

LOFT INSULATION - We had an infestation in the loft & the Pest Control People moved all the insulation from the centre to the eves so there was a large central area without insulation. The loft area is about 100 m2.We had 3 quotes & 'Warmer Group' was less half the price of the most expensive.The Warmer Group surveyor, Mr Molov, was thorough & pointed out the need for air flow through the loft to stop any damp. He quoted an actual price for the job which we accepted.The installers, ALEX & ADELINO. arrived on time & installed 20 'easyvents' between the Roof Lining and the tiles & top-up rolls of insulation where necessary. They also installed 10 downlighter covers which I supplied. They were tidy, polite & hard working & completed the job in a hour & a quarter.

Very helpful and responsive. Easy to communicate with the office and always have a person not a robot to answer the phone. We have been kept in the loop and on day of installation we had a call to say there was bad traffic and that the installers would be late. Really good to be told and not just kept waiting. Minimal mess made and all cleaned up. The house sits around 5 degrees warmer than before and my partner and I are Very happy with the results

The Warmer Group installed cavity wall insulation in our new home recently. We weren't sure if the property already had it, and the Warmer Group were happy to come and do a survey to see. On finding no insulation, we were provided with a quote which we were happy with. The work was carried out the day after accepting the quote and the guys were polite, hardworking and tidied up at the end. It turned out that the extension to the main home had already been insulated, so that work was taken off the cost of the final invoice. Every member of staff we dealt with was polite and helpful and we would happily recommend this company.

Replied quickly to my inquiry and someone came out to survey my property for roof insulation. I told them that we were getting damp at the top of the wall/ceiling and after checking, my insulation was less than half than needed. As we live in a bungalow the eves needed insulating as well as that was a cold spot. Thermal imaging was used to see the cold spot which I shown as he was doing it as well as receiving the images via email. Two gents turn up on the day at the time stated (ish, traffic) and carried out the work quickly/ professionally and tidy. Overall very pleased and hopefully a warm and damp free winter. We had a letter drop advertising cavity wall insulation and our neighbour also recommended the Warmer Group. Both the surveyor and the installer arrived exactly on time, were informative and polite, explaining the whole process. From picking up the phone to completion was less than 2 weeks. Very pleased with the service!

Very pleased with service provided. Fill holes plugged with well matched colour to existingA bit disappointed that the glue spray did go over external black pipes and onto new upvc windows though, and was not cleaned off
