We ordered a shower online came to pick it up greeted by friendly and helpful staff we then ordered a shower tray riser set which wasn’t in store but was in Salisbury. Staff went above and beyond to get it for us as we had a very short timeline. Brilliant service, brilliant store brilliant people!

One star because they are open. Went to buy some 12mm plywood. What I saw has shaken me. All they had was a selection of hardwood plywood" labeled as Chinese. Despite much effort I couldn't find a single piece without massive voids

Staff we're extremely helpful - the Supervisor/Manager even came off his lunch break to assist other staff members. They even helped carry out what I'd come to pick up despite pouring rain. Couldn't fault the service.

Friendly staff, and a good selection of items at reasonable prices. I'm only giving 4 stars as half the questions I've asked about products went unanswered. That said, the other half of my questions were answered fully, and staff always seemed to go above and beyond, so maybe I'm being unduly harsh!
