Disgusting staff I was waiting for my food and she called out 64 even though it was same as mine and my number was 63 but when it came to calling out my number she refused and said what is ur number so I asked what is the number u called out every one else’s number why didn’t I call out mine and she told me to duck off and stuck her finger up at me this made me very angry. I’m not going to let this go will write to your head office and I will continue until something has been done about it. Usually when it’s the make manger the place is great. But to be so blatantly rude and then say u can’t sake me is disgusting behaviour. I have a picture but she tried to hide her face. Why would that be I wonder…

The store is clean, huge, tidy, modern, sleek, vibrant and colourful. The staff were friendly, respectful, responsive, attentive, punctual, understanding and helpful. The food was flavourful, mouthwatering, delicious, hot, meaty and juicy. The price was £6.19 which included Big Mac, Coca Cola and tea and reasonably good. I have been to so many McDonald’s and this is the biggest I have been to so far which is good. You should go there and have McDonalds there which is good but the question is you will find space to sit in with happy customers.

If a fast food restaurant has clean toilets at 10:30pm and the staff call you sir, despite not knowing if you have a knighthood then that is the fast food restaurant for me. Yes they may have misplaced the sour cream and the sweet chilli dips to go with my cinq poule selects, but they sure did sort the issue out very quickly. Eat here.

I miss the days when you would order at the till and your food was there almost straight away. These days there is nothing fast about it. Either the screens or the app you still wait for your order through the hoarders of ubereats etc. If you want till service then the wait is just as long and then you still wait for your food. Just the time it takes now and the price is not worth it anymore. To me is precious and everyone is busy so the extra time it takes now is becoming redundant.

Extremely busy , staff aren't able to deal with it. The staff also has 0 customer service skills. Cleaning lady was dusting the floor while I was having my meal . Disgusting place !

Very busy McDonald's, looking to change it with the one in high street opposite lidl as lately I got a lot of wrong orders.Double check your order (if is take away) as ALWAYS forget something. From drinks to sauce, less nuggets than supposed to be, to vegan patty even tho you paid £1.1 extra.

Well, not many times reviewer. wednesday 7.54pm order for one person. 3rd person manage, thank you ENZO.Arriving 50 minutes later cold, best to have a cheese burger or fries. its a fast food restaurant we are talking about, how lucky I am. That was a time when delivery got busy and just declined all orders, would upset people, but still was better than giving horrible food , for people the money matters. Great, thanks

When I walked in all you could hear is the manager and a driver yelling and swearing at each other. Good start. Ordered food at the self service kiosk. It was ready in a few minutes. The manager called my order number. Didnt say hello or what so ever just pushed the tray against me and turned away. I understand hospitality work might be very stressful time to time but this kind of attitude (especially from a manager) is very upsetting.
