I've been going to this Dry Cleaners for over a year now! They are very welcoming and have an amazing Service! I've just come back from picking up some trousers which had a difficult stain on them and they managed to get it out with no issue!

What an amazing job ASN have done for me. They cleaned my daughter’s wedding dress and my mother of the bride outfit - both expensive items. They persevered to remove grease from the mother of the bride outfit going as far as cleaning it 3 times at no extra cost. It now looks new! Can’t thank them enough. Also the service was so friendly and efficient.

I was tremendously happy with the excellent job they did for me. The customer relationship is excellent and the staffs are polite. They did awesome job without any error.

Excellent service.. They have a Master tailor, his work is fantastic, highly recommend him, have full confidence in his doing an alteration or repair with excellent results. Had my daughters prom dress altered last week, the dress was altered so professionally you could not tell it was altered. The price quoted was honoured. They have a well lit changing area cordoned off with curtains. I personally had been in the Dry cleaning business for 28 yrs never came across such a perfectionist tailor.

Poor job rip-offA couple of months ago I took my daughter’s prom dress to ASN for tailoring (it needed taking in at the waist). Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience which I’m sharing now, after the prom and all the bitterness has gone, in order to be as objective as possible and without wanting anything other than warn other people who, like me, might rely on online reviews.The lady who took the order and the measurements was very nice and this was the only positive thing I can say. The fitting room (if I can call it a room at all), was tiny, stuffy and dark. After the measurements were taken and the required work assessed, I was given a quote of £30 with the explanation that this is a big job and was asked explicitly if I accept this price. I was reassured that they are well able to do the alteration (after all, this was a special occasion dress) and I said yes.When I went to collect the dress, I was met by a man who told me that the work had taken them more time and therefore the price is £45. I tried to negotiate with him, explaining that I had agreed on a fixed price which was given to me with full knowledge what the work entailed, and yet I was willing to meet them in the middle. He wouldn’t concede and only made me feel guilty as if it was my fault and they would be paying for my alteration and losing money because of me.What’s worse, the alteration was really poorly made. The dress had embroidered embellishments and cut parts of them were left where the new seam was, the zipper ended with an odd V-shape giving the appearance that it will come undone any moment, and the skirt at the back was sticking out (hard to explain, but what it means is that it had not been taken in correctly). In response, the man at the shop asked me if I want him to undo the work (as if this rectifies anything or leaves me with any choice).At the end I paid the new price, went home with the dress and spent many hours stressing about it. The dress wasn’t totally unwearable (when the skirt drapes and my daughter moves around, I hoped no one was going to pay close attention), but I totally regret setting foot in this shop. Whoever is reading this can decide whether to trust ASN with your garments. This is just my experience with an alteration of a special dress. They might be all right for dry cleaning and everyday clothes, but I wouldn’t take the risk again.
