Mark Group Ltd

I worked for the mark group as a sales person and got sales and got payed some of the money and thay put the rest in a bond that u have to w8 3months for I have left there now and woz ment to get my bond back today went the bank and there woz no money in it so rang srj marketing apart og star group to get told that I have no bond left and I owe them money I thought when u go to work u make money not lose money I think the hole thing is just a big scam

This company should be given a wide birth.....they use fraudulent selling methods and should be stopped from trading. Martin Cairns

A salesman" from the Mark Group came knocking on my door last summer with a promise of having my cavity wall insulation completed by the last Saturday of July 2013. Since then I have had countless surveys and cancelled appointments with another one added to the list today (21/01/2014). It makes me wonder how these companies keep going. I presume that after the first insulation date they gave me that they would now have the grant money for the job. My house has now had that many holes drilled into it that it is probably the least energy efficient house in the midlands..."

Terrible company. I carried out some work for them and im still chasing it that was back on the 6th February 2014 Keep well away from this company if your a tradesman or a customer ive seen the bodge jobs they carry out!!

my neighbor had cavity wall insulation they did not clean up the dust from drilling and then the attempted to fill the holes with cement, my garden path and plant pots are now covered with dropped mortar. I have phoned the company twice and they have not called back as promised. A playgroup of five year old's would have caused less mess.I will now call in a cleaning company and send them the bill.I am a trades man and if I left my customers with that amount of mess i would be out of business
