Such a terrific team, who manage diverse projects competently, creatively and with great integrity, from simple print reproductions to mounting and framing visual artefacts (e.g. an antique painted papier mache book cover). Over many years, we've taken 15-odd items to Ali and the team for framing, always taking their impeccable advice on mount and frame choices. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great customer service, spoke to a couple of members of staff and they were both friendly, professional and showed a genuine interest in the job I had for them to do, which they executed perfectly. Very happy with the finished product, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for something to be framed.

This is an exceptional team of gifted, professional, creative individuals. From the simplest frame and mount to the most complex and challenging project, they not only deliver first quality work but also contribute helpful and sometimes challenging ideas and opinions that are a valuable aid to getting the best result.They have a really wide range of framing and mounting materials and glass, the shop is a pleasant place to be and there is easy parking on the forecourt.The prices are fair and the turnaround quick. Highly recommended.

I dropped by one evening not long before closing time, but they were super-helpful and in no hurry with me at all. I explored quite a few framing options, with just the right amount of advice and guidance, whilst listening to my preferences. I was super-pleased a couple of weeks later when I picked up the piece - brilliant, flawless job. Definitely my framer of choice now..

I called them from the USA to arrange for two pieces to be framed. I required a quick turnaround as I was on a limited schedule in the UK. I brought the artwork rolled-up and I was taking the finished framing another 200 miles away. They created an excellent finished product and in the agreed time. The service was beyond my expectations.

Can't say enough good things about this place. They are friendly, professional, and willing to guide you on framing decisions. We went in with five pieces to be framed and they did a fantastic job with all of them, and given how busy they are the turnaround was reasonably fast. They were all done exactly as we pictured. One of the works was personalized on the back, and they even took the time to photocopy the handwritten note and include it on the back of the frame. We will definitely be going back! If you need artwork framed to not hesitate to go to Isis. Many thanks to the team there for their fantastic work!

needed some cardboard which to go on the back of our wardrobe which we ran out, some one recommended them, went there, even though they were busy but they have done the job in few minutes as they asked us to wait outside because of the covid. Very helpful staff and ali was excellent at customer service. thanks.
