We had a lovely stay here. The new owners are very welcome and did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Lovely country pub not many of these left. Breakfast was incredible! Will be back

Excellent atmosphere, Ross and Chloe are brilliant hosts, very welcoming! Fantastic food, Morgan has organised a superb menu, the food is amazing. The pickled mackerel and Swan burger are to die for! Haven't stayed there but I heard one of the guests saying how great the room was. A friendly quality pub that you want to keep going back to!

We had a fantastic weekend get away at the Swan Inn in December. The room was spacious and comfortable with period charm. We loved sitting by the fire in the pub. The hotel is right in the middle of Midhurst and we stumbled upon a great little Christmas market. Also enjoyed a great walk in South Downs National Park.

A wonderfully warm and friendly pub in the heart of Midhurst. Bar staff were great and there is a good selection of beers and some tasty cocktails! We had an amazing meal, I can highly recommend the Swan Burger! Will definitely be going again. Make sure you book a table as it is popular for food at the weekends!

Not stayed in the Inn but we went for the food. What a treat, chef is absolutely fantastic. The pub is central to midhurst, quaint and as I feel a PROPER British pub. Food was excellent and the lamb was to die for and flavoursome. Bar staff were lovely and kept us well looked after. Thank You Morgan (Chef) for the food it was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked a night in the Swan Inn for somewhere to relax after a long day hike in the beautiful South Downs. When we arrived we instantly fell in love with this old country pub, the bar had a good selection of drinks, dinner was tasty and the friendly evening atmosphere topped off a day to remember. A big thank you to all the staff for your fantastic service and we are already looking for more walks in the area for another trip

The Swan Inn
The best place in town for atmosphere with a warm welcome and great selection of drinks. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and will take immense care of you and it’s almost certain you will chat to one of the locals, who want you to join in with them. If you’re passing check it out, you will not regret it.

Good location but rooms face on a busy road and so our stay was loud. Breakfast was limited to one drink and a set menu so we had to pay for a second drink (even a £1,50 orange juice..!) when paying £130/night for accommodation..Equipment was basic and our room had no dressing table to lay our stuff and that made it feel constrained. The access to the room was via the pub’s toilet and there was an unpleasant smell coming up the stairs. Generally not very much value for money..
