Called Mark up just before closing one evening for help, my beautiful saluki greyhound had redecorated my front room with my sofa cushions. I gave him the measurements for 2 firm foam base cushions for both sofas, Mark had them all ready for 11am the next morning. I've not had them covered yet but Mark says all I have to do is take the remnants of the shredded leather and he will match the colour and texture, he truly saved me lots of money on not having to buy a new sofa before Christmas and he went above and beyond so I was not sat on the floor.

After searching numerous shops online without success I tried Derby Foam & Upholstery. I wrongly presumed it had closed due to the development of the surrounding area. It's still there and by the looks of it, thriving and if not it deserves to be! A lovely busy place to step into, what I would class as good old fashioned manufacturing but also with modern designs and swatches available. It was interesting being able to see the manufacturing process and machinery in action. Service was friendly with personal customer care, knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with my purchase and happy to spend my money in a local business.

Needed 2 new sofa cushions as the old ones had had their day. I contacted them and they were so helpful from the first contact and very quick to reply to my emails.In person, Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful with regards to my needs and the new cushions were ready for pick up within 2 hrs. The personal touch you get, the quality of the product and the service you receive is fantastic. I would point anyone I know, who needed this type of service, straight to them. Needed to replace two settee seat cushions. Made the phone call to ask if they could help. Within two hours I had collected the cushions cut to size and prepared for use! Very, very helpful! Extremely professional! Top quality! Highly recommend! Added bonus was the price was very good! Thank you!
