The two people working at around 4:30 on the 6th September were incredibly helpful and lovely to chat to. Stuart - who I corresponded with over email - was also incredibly helpful. We had to change our plans last minute and I was very confused as to what to do but he was great at explaining everything. Please please let them know how great they were.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming and accomodating. We had to unload a lot of goods at the end of the day but the staff we're kind enough to let us continue despite the fact that it was a Sunday eveing and we eventually finished 15 minutes after their closing time.The only drawback is the expense: affordability is an issue but we need the space and can't get away with how expensive things are these days.All in all a very good service but it's the staff that make the world of difference. Would recommend SafeStore Exeter to anyone in need of a little (or large) space.

Super efficient and lovely staff ! They make sure all your enquiries are solved and that all your goods are safe. On my personal experience I had some difficulties with delivering my goods and they help me sorting everything out as well as waiting patiently. Very friendly ! Totally recommended

This is far and away the best storage facility in Exeter, probably the best in the country! Heather and Heath go out of their way to help - today I had to take delivery of a large and heavy kitchen unit, but nothing was too much trouble as they helped to get it inside and safely stored. Five big shining stars from this very happy camper! Cheers!
