I have hyper mobility and suffered the aches and pains that go with it. Lisa is knowledgeable, holistic in her approach and delivers a long term solution rather than a quick fix. She has the ability to completely switch me off during the more stressful times of my life. Plus she is an absolutely lovely soul. I can't recommend her enough.

I struggle with back and shoulder pain due to my little one. Lisa from Karma mama provides me regular treatment and she is amazing. She always knows what areas to focus on and is always very calm. I feel totally relaxed and a lot better after.

Lisa gives the best massages. My work life is very stressful so Lisa will come to my place of work. I have had full body massages and also neck and back massages when most stressed. She releases the tension givng me a period of calm to reface my workload. Lisa also offers healthy living advice and general mental wellbeing. Thank you Lisa

Magician Hands... Absolutely Amazing massage thank you Lisa!Gentle relaxing touch but at the same time deep and firm removing any knots in my back without causing me any discomfort. This was one of the best massages that I have experienced and I will certainly be using Lisa's services in the future. I felt a real spiritual experience with this massage. Lisa is truly gifted and I would recommend her again and again.
