Had a mixed experience here. My boy was 13 and was diagnosed with neck pain, then pancreatitis. This was by the head vet here. Got pain tablets for him, he was up and down. Within 3 months. Then his lymph gland under his chin blew up over night, saw a different lady vet, who was lovely. She said he had lymphoma cancer, so best to be kind for him asap. All his glands had come up. He was put to sleep the next day!. Was spoiled like the king he was the night before though.Just a bit sick, head vet didn’t say it was cancer after a lot of trips over months. The second vet said it doesn’t come over night.

Super caring vets my dog is poorly at the moment when I rang with my concerns she was seen straight away ,there is no consultation charge and the meds are reasonably priced . I highly recommend this practise for its staff nurses and vets A⭐.

Very nice staff unfortunately my dog died whilst at vets staff very understanding only thing I can't understand is £695.00 for my girl dying in there care whilst trying to give treatment which they couldn't as bella died.I just don't know how that's justified but apart from feeling like I have paid for nothing...they was great ...its just as I say took pet in came back without her and £695.00 cost

I live in Wrexham but my local one was booked up so booked this this vets. They did a dental operation on my dog 'Pup' after I rescued her last week.Pup was looked after from the minute she got there until the minute she left.I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and had a phone call to say her operation went well and they organised a time for me to pick her up.The staff are so friendly! I would recommend any of the animal trust vets to anyone needing a vet but this one in particular.

I changed vets in January due to the ridiculous unjustified consultation fee at my previous practice, but I also changed because of recommendation. I'm so glad I did because, out of nowhere, my beautiful girl developed a UTI which went on for a couple of months with no improvement which led to an operation (just yesterday) to remove a bladder stone. We have been regular visitors leading up to the op and I can honestly say each visit has been a joy. Appointment wise, when I have had to call, mostly guaranteed she can be offered an appointment on the day - I love this - this means less stress time for mummy !The staff (nurses & receptionists) have been so welcoming, warm, friendly and really understanding. Not only am I happy to come to a surgery where staff greet me and more importantly, my dog, they are so transparent with their pricing and their pricing was alot less than I was expecting, especially for medication!I cannot praise the vet nurse enough while my dog was in for her operation yesterday. I was kept up to date with all progress throughout the day and I was happy to know she was in good hands. Most of all I didn't feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. We don't want to ever come back but if and when we do, we know we will be treated with love and care! She is recovering well at home <3
