We have 2 medium/large Rommie Rescues, one is very timid and averse to paws being touched. Bryony spent time getting to know our girls prior to appointment, and making them feel more comfortable. They needed the works and she did all she could without pressuring and stressing the dogs too far.When they were done, they looked beautiful, were happy and went bonkers in her garden, didn't want to leave. We'll work together to overcome the issues slowly but am very happy and definitely coming back.

What a lovley lady Bryony is. I was a tad concerned that Aphra would be ok at her furst groom. Cannot say enough about how relaxed Aphra was, all down to Bryony. Beautiful groom and Aphra smells lovley. Thank you. See you next time. Totally recommend hattricks dog grooming ashford kent.

Took our retriever who is a nervous 16 month old to Hat Trick Hounds. Bryony was great with him and took her time with him. He smelt great, even a week after when he'd been for a few walks in the rain.Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Lulu absolutely loves her visits to Hat Trick Hounds!Bryony really takes her time and makes Lulu feel so comfortable that she is reluctant to leave :)Lulu always comes home looking and smelling absolutely fab. ☆☆☆☆☆ from us!

Bryony was incredibly kind and patient with our rescue dog who has a bad history with grooming! After an initial meet we booked in for a groom, where we agreed that comfort was more important than style - but despite that we think he looks great too! Bryony was fantastic, allowing Alfie to take regular breaks, and really looked after him.
