Harrogate Caravan Storage

Abit of a let down, I traveled around 50 miles intotal there and back to be told they had no car storage. But during the week and the Friday I checked and everything was ok on the storage! Went on the Saturday to be told all the space had gone! Nice guy just a time waster!

What a disgusting thing to happen to you Joanne, I fully understand how you must feel. If you look lower down the reviews just after yours, you will see that another person as had the same done to him. Wonder what colour his skin is. I certainly won't be giving this company my custom.

Hi , I would just like to bring to your attention that anyone of ethnic minority please do not bother dealing with this storage site especially Oliver. My husband is Asian and on Tuesday evening contacted Oliver to ask if he had any spaces to store our caravan, we were told yes plenty of spaces. On the Wednesday we travelled to the site from Manchester on arrival we were told very abruptly by Oliver he was full, and wouldn't even allow us to use his toiletOn the Thursday my son emailed Oliver and he was told not a problem got plenty of places. I can only say it was the colour of his skin that didn't sit right with Oliver. I am absolutely disgusted with this small minded, racist little man. In all my husbands 48 years on this earth and all the 20 years we've been together, we've never been treated this way. Your a disgrace Oliver@roughamfarm and hope we never come across anybody so cruel nasty as you again . Jo xx

We have stored our caravan at this site since it first opened and I cannot recommend highly enough the professionalism and flexibility with which we have been treated. There is total commitment to safeguarding our 'vans.

Highly recommend this fabulous caravan storage. Handy spot off the A1 and very secure. Owner's live onsite at the farm. Very reasonable cost to store your caravan on hardstanding, not under trees etc.

Brilliant storage and security conscious site. Oliver is really good to deal with and we are really lucky to have got a place here .

We store our caravan here. They have recently extended the site and upgraded the security. We are very happy with the service.

Good experience for me, I was struggling to find storage around leeds when I'd bought my motorhome but found space here, it was always going to be temporary once a place came up more local and only ended up using for a few months. However this is a well managed and secure site with level concrete pitches with more than enough space. Friendly owner with good level of security, my one regret in the short time I was there was I never managed to get any eggs that Oliver sold as well!
