We bring Abe & Sherlock (our mini dachshunds) to see Sammy for grooms and nail clipping and honestly we wouldn't use anybody else! She is the perfect balance between professional and caring - she knows what she is doing and also genuinely loves the boys.Friendly, helpful, great price, convenient location - Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Just back from Lily’s second trim,she’s a Yorkshire terrier cross 7 months old and a bundled of energy and out of control fur despite regular brushing.I cannot praise Sam highly enough for her patience trimming lily and her good advice.Would happily recommend dolly &scruffs to everyone!

I booked my rescue dog in for a claw trim in the beginning of July.She can be a little nervious in these settings, but Sammy was so professional and experienced that Kira didn't even make a fuss about her clipping her dew claws.The grooming studio is also a perfect setting where dogs can see out through the windows and not just stare into a wall, very calm and relaxing.Next time I am in Norwich, I will definitely book in with Sammy again.

Just picked up my old westie girl from Sammy for the first time. Sammy did a phenomenal job! She did exactly what I asked for rather than what she thought was best (which I've had from a groomer before). I asked for her to be as short as possible due to her being incontinent now and with my baby's due date round the corner it's going to be harder for me to bathe her. I will definitely be back to Sammy, not only did she do a wonderful job but is very friendly and very fairly priced. Couldn't have asked for better.

First time taking my little long hair Chi for a groom. Sammy was honestly wonderful with her, has given her a beautiful cut, and trimmed her claws. Sammy was calm and patient with my girl while doing what she needed to. My chi strutted her way home clearly feeling a million dollars. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!
