Kurdish Kobane

Ordered Eid meat from here. It was majorly delayed. I understand not their fault, its supplier. But what they are liable for is bad communication. I had to ask for a receipt for my deposit, I also had to go back and give my number as they didn't have it. I phoned and told them I will come in my lunch break and they said OK come, when I got there I was told to wait in queue. My time ran out and I had to come back home after waiting for 30 mins. Once I got the meat it was terribly cut, total mess and all jumbled up. Then we noticed we were missing the liver. So again I had to return (5th or 6th time) and given strange explanation why it wasn't given with the rest of the meat. Phone wasn't being picked up, no use of WhatsApp or Internet/answering machine for updates. Their meat cutting machine blade stopped working quite a few times. Meat was not fresh, don't know how they stored it. Awful experience. Will still go back once my stored meat is finished. But wow. What a bad experience. Hope they learn and communicate with customers better.

The best halal meat, always fresh, clean and very good prices! My favourite shop.Lovely family business. The meat is super fresh and the best quality, the other halal shops around can’t compete with them nor in quality or prices. You can find from the finest cuts as T-Bones, lamb chops to paya, ojri , liver… and the most delicious fresh bread! Good variety of lentils, olives, dry fruits، spices, sweets and most of halal things you could need.If you don’t see what your looking for in the counter ask them if they have because fresh stuff keep coming every time.

Poor hygiene: the butcher used the same gloves for handling raw meat to pick up vegetables. It is unsafe to shop here.Nice team though, and good range of products.
