IMO Car Wash

Had my parents car wash here on 19th April 2021 that cost me £6 because I wanted the wheels and under chassis pre clean body. washed.I feel that i was ripped off for the value and wish I just did it my self. The Wheel didn't look like they where touched that had 100 miles of light brake dust on high gloss black wheels. The body work was had black Mark's and the smell of stagnant water coming through the air vent going into to the Machine was pretty alarming.I would not recommend it to my family or friends unless you just wanted to take some of the dirt off. You will still need to hand wash it after for a better finish. Best go for a hand washed and pay that extra more.

Didn't wash the car correctly. I'm not using this place again. And if you have a half decent car, I'd find another spot

It's the best car wash in the town .. perfect and quickly job.The guys working very hard and try make customers happy everything it's so good

Zero Star for service.I paid 24 pounds for inside and outside wash. Inside cleaning was pathetic.Rude behaviour from staff when pointed dirt at the end of cleaning.Overpriced service and poor service.I would never visit again.

My experience at Imo Car Wash was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for a full-service clean, the results were far from satisfactory. The rims and various parts of my car were still dirty, and to my surprise, I found spider webs inside even after their supposed cleaning. It was evident that the staff seemed indifferent and lacked care in their work. Overall, a very disappointing and lazy effort. I expected much better service for the price paid.

The approach towards customers is often perceived as impolite

No complaints from me about the service here. An efficient car wash and the staff are fine. Only 1 or 2 stray waxy marks after drying, so that's OK. Certainly shifted all the nasty stuff you get from parking under an overhead cable where pigeons perch!

Used to be much better, the car wash itself doesn't seem to rinse or dry properly anymore.The machine inside the car wash looks old too

Absolutely dirty, and disgusting. Not coming back!
