The worst and most rude receptionists ever spawned that couldn't hate their life any further, waited 7 minutes in a queue when I was first in line (25 mins in total), only to be greeted in the rudest manner 'well we have no appointments, bye'. Not to mention doctors who consistently mis diagnose issues and couldn't care less. All these people are here just for a fat paycheck nothing more. I surely hope the NHS goes bust as my taxes and nation insurance are going to waste on these clowns.

Awful. Rude staff, not understanding and the reception team has the most foul mouth. since Racheal has left they actually have just gotten worse. You can’t get through at 8, when you do they tell you call back. you can hear them discussing people while you’re “on hold” i have been trying for months to get an appointment. Ignored me again today. The reception team, especially the older ladies have a poor attitude towards ALL patients. If they don’t want to even say hello they won’t. Avoid.

Get told to ring at 8am but you don't actually get through till 9am as they cut you off then get told there's no appointments and to ring back. There are never any pre bookable appointments. Absolutely disgusting . Can't fault the doctors as they are amazing especially Dr Karn.

Although the doctors and health care assistants are good, one of the receptionists extremely is rude. I came to pick up a specimen container, the receptionist said I need a face covering. I explained to her that I am exempt. (This took place when face coverings became optional legally anyway). She said it doesn't matter that I am exempt and I am not allowed back in without a face covering - her tone was very unfriendly, I felt like I was being told off.. It is also very difficult to contact this practice as the phone line is almost always busy.

Dr Karn and her PA Julie never fails to give the best care and attention possible, Dr Karn is a top doctor with amazing ethics.Although the receptionists think they have a medical degree and have no people skills whatsoever, very rude and always make you feel like your putting them out. Totally let's the surgery down which is very sad.

The surgery definitely needs more doctors. Impossible to get an appointment at most times. Telephone is constantly engaged in the morning and extremely difficult to get an appointment. The patients should not have to suffer due to the lack of doctors. Dr Karn seriously needs to sort it out! Most of the receptionista have a disgusting, rude attitude and and are not fit for the job. Utter lack of compassion and care.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. awful reception staff who make up rules as they go. one will tell me i cant pre-book appointments the next day a different staff will tell me i can. if the staff cant be bothered to talk to me they just say I've rang at the wrong time and i need to call back again tomorrow. i rang up last week at 8am and, when i eventually got through to talk to someone, got told there are no appointments and i have to wait 8 days before trying again. it is now that 8th day and so far i have rang a total of 118 times and the line just keeps saying user busy or the staff will hang up the call. don't even get me started on some of the doctors. if i were you i would avoid this practice like the plague its not worth your sanity.Update: after 3 weeks wait, today after 1 hour trying to ring, 155 phone calls and 21 minutes on hold i have managed to get an appointment for 4 weeks time and its a telephone appointment. what a joke.

For one week I have made on advantage 200 calls per morning to the practise to receive a busy tone, this morning I decided to try at 8oclock instead of nine after calling 75 times I stayed on the line until 8:30 to be told you can only ring before nine to see a nurse practitioner and she’s fully booked.I will be finding a new practice immediately.I’ve given up again as photo shows

I have a medical condition that requires a doctor to provide a ‘fitness to drive’ form to the DVLA. I was given an appointment last March (2022) to see my gp while this form was completed (although it says on the forms that the patient doesn’t need to be present - the information should all be on file). It is now January 2023 and the DVLA still haven’t received the form back. The doctors surgery insist it has been sent, the DVLA insist they haven’t received it (they electronically log any incoming post). I’ve been in touch with the GP surgery numerous times asking them to send another copy to the DVLA and on Friday, 6th January 2023 hopefully this has been done (although I had to supply the surgery with the dedicated email address for medical practitioners to send such reports to the DVLA). My driving licence has expired and my car insurance is invalid until the driving licence has been renewed, meaning I have been unable to visit my mother, for whom I am a carer, and if my car is damaged or taken from my driveway I aren’t covered by insurance. I just can’t understand what the delay has been - 10 months!!!! Update: 13/2/23 Surgery informed me they have posted the form to DVLA.UPDATE: 6/6/23 Due to the length of time it has taken the doctors practice to submit the medical form the DVLA have now requested a new medical form be completed! Back to square one!!!
