The gentlemen who runs the unit is increadibly honest and goes above and beyond to provide customer service. I had a hardware issue with an iPhone XS. He told me that it was best for me to go through my warranty to have this issue resolved. In the meantime, at my request, he was looking for an appropriate alternative phone for me to purchase. During this time he loaned me a phone to so that I was able to continue to work. Absolutely fantastic service. I will be back for any issues that I have in the future. Thank you so much.

I've had issues with my charging port on my Samsung a72. Came today to get the port cleaned. Very reasonable price, good service and would happily recommend to anyone.

Iv used this place twice in 2 days in a row.Iv only got ONE criticism. And it’s mild. Very mild.Visit 1: I went in for a new phone. I was sold a Galaxy G6 at a fair price. The phone is decent. It works well and performs flawlessly. But it would have been nice to have been asked a few more questions on the phone I needed as the battery life on this phone, whilst manageable for the workload I do (mostly on standby) Is lower than Id like. He did ask me how much I wanted to spend and I just said “£100 quid” thinking that should be enough. But Id have paid more for something that could be used for 2 days of “medium” use. But overall no complaints on the phone really – I should have researched it better.Visit 2: Returned the next day with a very high end, albeit a few years old, laptop. Broken screen lid. Flapping around all over the place. He had his guy plastic weld it up and now the screen is totally solid. Looks like they cleaned it up inside as well as it’s running much cooler. I e-vape when using it. And I know that clogs up the fans. Even knowing this I still do it… my bad. But its defiantly been cleaned without asking – and at no apparent charge. So a fixed lid and an additional service on top.Would recommend without a second thought to anyone else looking for a repair.
