Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Docklands

UTTERLY USELESS, NOT THIS BRANCH BUT ENTIRE ENTERPRISE BOOKING SYSTEM.HUMANS WILL LAND ON MARS BEFORE THEY FIX & BRING THEIR SYSTEM TO THE INTERNET AGEBooking confirmed at Docklands to be turned down on the morning saying all vehicles sold out. Customer service books onto next two branches just to get the same message with apology. Sorry but apology doesn't cover time taken off work & plans made.Message for the CEO, why bother having a website for online bookings when all your bookings need to be manually checked by each branch for their 1800 paper based notebook? How much time & inconvenience this practice is causing for customers which an apology doesn't fix or help? Will be easier to just shut down website and ask customer to call in each branch directly

!!!DOCKLADS BRANCH ONLY!!!I am giving this branch one star only and just because of the service there. Enterprise should invest more in training their staff. I was in contact with three of them, and each made a huge error.I had to wait 72 hours for the out-of-country form, which is fine. The first shock came when I was picking up the car, and the lady took an old form, scratched written details and wrote the new details on it. Later on, when I was on a Ferry to France, a gentleman called me on the phone to say that I urgently need to send a picture of the form they gave me.When I was collecting the car, I explicitly said that I may extend the rental. They said just call us, that it is not an issue. When I called them to extend the rental, they told me the car was booked for MOT, and I had to return to the UK. I was unable to return at the time. Then, it took them six days to extend the rental. When they finally did it, they charged me an extra £960 without my consent, saying that they made a mistake when they charged me on the day I collected the car. On top of that, I was driving a car without an MOT.If you can, rather use some of the rental companies located at nearby London City Airport. People working there know what they do.The car condition was excellent - the only positive thing about it. However, you can get the same or better maintained car at London City Airport.

I DONT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERSThey are proper scammers started from the lady in reception all the way upto the manager.I have been charged £250 for a scratch that has been on the car for years and years even though I have pointed At them but they ignored and charged me as it was a different person who I was dealing with but when I ask for her she’s been transferred to different branch ( what I lier) hahahahaNever ever again

Rude staff and give wrong verbal information.Scratch on the courtesy was not down to me but they just take 100.00 regardless and treat you like a piece of dirt.

Stay as far away as possible. We booked and paid for a car a month in advance. We show up and they cancel our reservation right in front of us. But they are willing to give us another car at a higher price. These are bad people.

My insurance company arranged a courtesy car through these tuckers. The courtesy car was provided after over an hours wait in their reception.My car was involved in an accident and handed back to me on the 14th of June. The day after 15th of June, without notice someone from the firm, came literally banging on my door at 10pm. Both my wife and baby were home and asleep. I was away from home on business. They both were very scared about who can come this late without notice, as whoever comes to our apartment, does not come without notice.I was called today my the manager. Apologies I don't have his name. He demanded me to hand the keys of the courtesy car back to him. He threatened to attack me and told me a list of other hooligans like himself, who he was acquainted with, in order to intimidate me. He even added that he knows where I live. (Obviously, it's on the contract)I would advise anyone not to deal with this particular branch. I am surprised that people actually pay money to receive a service from this branch.I am about to contact Enterprise head office to lodge my complaint against this branch.

Very bad experience with them. We took a car from Edinburgh. We are tourist and traveling from Edinburgh to London through the country side and our bookings were done at different places. We have a small baby with us. As soon as we got out of Edinburgh our car a/c stopped working. We kept calling the enterprise people nobody answered. Called roadside assistance no help.

I have had to get a car from here a few times after road traffic collisions. Not my fault.They are really friendly and helpful hereReally go above and beyond to help. They even drove someone home after they dropped off the hire van to them.They are always friendly and offer to help me with my car seat and other stuff. Really knowledable and understanding. Really helps to have a great experience after having to rely on a courtesy when you car is out of action. Cars are always in a great condition and clean. Highly recommend.

Not the best experience.Scheduled a pick up, nobody showed up and I had to go pick it up myself after 2 hours and 4 phone calls.No customer service number was working, despite the website saying that the line opening lines are till 10pm.We managed to return the car in the end, and I don't blame the person that was working there since he was eager to help, but the company isn't credible.

A massive thanks to Simi, Yas and Abs for their amazing customer service and support. Hired from here twice in 3 weeks and service has been spot on!! They’re willing to make things happen and most comfortable and pleasant for the client!! Hope to see you guys soon!!
