Very rude and abrupt people. Also no one wearing masks! No social distancing signs at entrance and very tacky inside. How are they even allowed to trade. Best to avoid this place and go to b&q and many other reputable places.

More than 4 times as expensive than other sellers, product description persistently misleading resulting in numerous people not getting what they paid for. Despite feedback that their advertising was misleading they did not change their advertising, I feel they should be banned from amazon and have contacted them about this, they agreed to immediately refund me without needing to return the product and profusely apologised. Don’t buy from these people, buy from a trustworthy transparent business that describes goods clearly.

Very disappointing to see there is no access to go upstairs anymore and use the prayer room.My wife and I would come here to pray upstairs when we were nearby or purchasing groceries from the asian supermarket. This should have been a priority especially with many muslims coming to shop and spending money in here. Now you have closed the prayer room. Very sad and not a good example of character especially if the owners are muslim!Each prayer not prayed here will now be on your shoulders to answer for. Many I have spoken to have lost respect due to this matter alone.

DO NOT BUY FIREWORKS FROMHERE!I made a huge mistake by purchasing fworks from here and half of them didn’t even work! Absolutely pathetic and over priced when compared afterwards. Spent a fortune for nothing. The Indian guy was rude and abrupt by his tone so we didn’t go back. Avoid this place. There are plenty others who do better fireworks.
