Medivet Ramsbottom is a new surgery which is bright and clean. The reception team are friendly on arrival and the vets are caring and knowledgeable. My dog's experience has only been positive so far, so she doesn't get stressed going there.

So grateful for Medivet. The staff is so lovely and caring. Chloe is always very welcoming and my dog loves seeing her so much. I think the past few times we were seen by Carla (Hopefully I got the right name) and she is truly the best. I've never felt rushed, she explains everything in detail and is not judgmental at all. You can tell she truly loves her job.

Kay has looked after hugo since he was a puppy.. and now he’s 8.5 years old. Her care and kindness is always appreciated. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you Medivet thank you Kay

Lovely vets and staff. Always feels like Lizzie is loved when we take her. Only issue and its small for us, is that sometimes you can be on hold for 10+ minutes. Which as i say is no issue as the staff more than make up for this slight inconvenience.

Would highly recommend this practice !Expensive (as most are today) however the team always take the time to connect with my dog and offer efficient and effective treatment consistently.

Took our golden retriever to this practice last week who normally is very anxious at going to the vets but she was amazingly chilled.The vet put her at ease and we had a wonderfully relaxed consultation.Many thanks Dr Sheng
