Couldn't be happier with the service that Jonathan provided. Replaced, cloned and installed a new hard-drive into my laptop which has breathed new life into the machine. Running like new! Very reasonable pricing and kept me informed of progress throughout. Highly recommend.

Jonathan diagnosed the problem with my PC, ordered and fitted a new SSD and then updated me to Win10 and Office 365. Some done through his remote software and some done on-site but all done with efficiency and full explanation. On top of that Jonathan is a very pleasant chap to deal with and instils confidence in the work he is doing and the advice he is giving. I can recommend him to anyone who is looking for PC support - a great example of a small business owner providing a personal service.

Excellent repair and service. My 2012 MacBook had a graphics issue and rapidly slowing HDD. Jonathan replaced the HDD with an SSD which has given the laptop a new lease of life. Now runs as fast as ever, graphics glitch fixed and all turned around in a couple of days. Can thoroughly recommend Countryside Computers and will be telling my friends. Thank you , Jonathan!

Jonathan responds quickly to requests for help and got my laptop set up and running and syncing in with my other devices, when I had a problem. He is very knowledgeable and explains things easily and I believe is good value for money.

Jonathan has looked after my computers for the past 3 years, and has always provided an expert and efficient service. On this occasion he reacted quickly to my request for help - I am a geriatric IT novice - visited me in my home and quickly sorted out my E-mail problem by switching me to a much better system, explaining each step as he proceeded. I cannot speak too highly of the service he provides.

Jonathan responded quickly to my telephone call and dealt with my initial problem quickly and efficiently in my own home, explaining as he went along what he was doing. He also advised me on the need to update various programmes on my P C. He then departed and proceeded to 'clean up' my P C with his remote service which was excellent and is much to be recommended.I have no hesitation in passing on his name and that of his company to friends and colleagues.
