Damaged my car while in with them, a man named Daniel who works there became very confrontational and aggressive when I pointed this out and started shouting at me in Albanian I think? Horrid experience and cost over 400 pound to put right

I take my cars here as the service is professional, top quality and always reliable. Once a month I have inside and out, other times just the outside. I can also leave my car there for as long as required, even a whole day! The uniformed team are always polite and trustworthy (important to have the correct protective overalls, as the car washes that don't have them, will not adhere to the correct industry standards.) I don't usually leave reviews, but felt like I had to from the best car wash in Petersfield, (maybe even Hampshire.)

Under new management recently the staff are friendly & clean the car well, much better than before

Poor. Asked for inside and outside to be done on a q3 was told if I wanted a “good job” done it would be £50. When I queried this was told he would do his best but “can’t promise anything” for £32. Should’ve left at this point but said I’d be back in an hour as they only had one other car in. Returned after hour a half and they were only just jet washing it. Went in to Tesco to kill more time and do a shop. After 2 hours they only managed the outside due to other customers complaining apparently. Not surprised. Left with a car covered in water marks . Poor service. Poor quality. Will joy be returning and would suggest you don’t either

Pulled up in my car to a very arrogant guy! I said how much for the outside only? He replied £25!!!! I said you're having a laugh mate! He said how much you wanna pay? I said jog on you rip off merchants! £25 for outside clean!!! Seriously!!!

Paid £30 for interior and exterior clean for my qashqai. We paid the money, and then inspected the car. The inside was still dirty, with the door frames still muddy. Dashboard was dusty in same place as before we had it cleaned. I think we were charged for cleaningThat never happened. The wheel trims were still dirty. We shall never go back its shoddy to say the least. We were told its because it was Saturday. Does that make a difference to the soap suds .

I am not happy with the people of the car Wash at Tesco's. My wife took her Kia Picanto for a wash and it says Small cars £7 they charged her £10 because they claim her car was too dirty. What a BLOODY Excuse to charge more. They can't not be very good at it if they can't wash a small car the first time as they claim.

They tried to charge me £25 for a mini that’s wasn’t actually that dirty as I’d only wasted a bag of flower in the back seat! They pressure you into buying and also they seem to make up there own prices!Don’t bother
