Giving a one star, as just opened a box to find only 3 packets rather than 4. Yes I could have gone back to the supermarket and exchanged them but that takes time out of my life. Went onto Duncan's website to give feedback/contact them but none available unless it's through social media.Sorry but the only method left is Google review.Duncans of Deeside, you've obviously got an automation problem with your packaging, please rectify this and ensure you're not short changing customers in the future.

Went there to deliver, first time there, and last. Couldn't find anyone at first, went through a door where I was confronted by a man who was in my face,social distancing, not, really obnoxious, ordered me out of the building, said there was a sign on the door,saying' no entry,,' not only a sign saying about sanitising hands,which i did, I apologised saying not been here before, apparently not his problem, attitude still full on,the the owner started from outside the building with name calling and abusive language, still claiming about the non existent sign, I accept now,in hindsight,I wasn't allowed in the building, though I don't know how you're supposed to know.But its the unnecessary attitude, be warned if you've not been here, I won't be going back anytime soon and I definitely won't be buying there products, would have given lower star if there was one!!I stand by my original post. I think anyone reading your reply will see the nature of you're attitude through you're comments is just a little of what I had to contend with on that day.As far as being banned from you're site, that's inaccurate. I delivered there recently and I noticed that the signage is still not clear, no signs on the gate and the signs you refer to are not clear when you enter the site, as another driver pointed out to me as he was waiting to deliver. I did notice a new sign or the door which caused the problems,and before you claim differently, I have a photo of the door at the time of the Incident.As for me threatening you I completely rebuke,the only threat I made was to take the delivery away because of the threatening behaviour I was receiving. In fact, the threats came from you and you're son. You claim I kept approaching you're staff, it was only you and you're son that were causing the problems. In fact the lady who unloaded me was quite pleasant, Hungarian I believe. These were the only people I encountered on you're site.You're son had no thought for social distancing when he confronted me as he was right in my face and I can't remember exactly how I was wearing my face mask, but I would be surprised if it was not correctly when talking to you, but at least I was wearing a mask which were completely absent from you and you're son.This is a public site and I believe that this is still a free country and I have the freedom of speech and I believe in what I say,you are attempting to stop me from exercising that right. This incident obviously touched a nerve for you to attack me in you're reply. Is this showing a guilty conscious or do you treat all people this way.i hope people do look at my other reviews, as they will see ,there are only two really negative reviews, which were genuine as backed up by other reviews by other people about the same companiesI have a good,friendly rapor with all the other sites I go to, from other places I worked for before, also a good relationship, which I'm sure I could back up if I wanted to. So, what would that say to you.I did some real soul searching after this incident, to see if ,in some way I caused this. I have had a difficult time with losing my wife, but after alot of soul searching, I came to the conclusion that I I had done nothing wrong apart from standing up for myself when confronted by hostility

Hi I have just recently bought your wonderful shortbread in my local Morrisons store. I felt Ihad to let you know myself and my family have never had such delicous shortbread, just has that home baked taste!! Keep up the good work and I really hope more of your products will be available in Morrisons. Thank you so much.

Bought the raspberry shortbread with white chocolate, it was NOT white chocolate, but dark chocolate. I do not eat dark chocolate. This was not a good quality control. What a waste of money! All going to the trash.

I am of Scottish descent, (Kirkudbright) and my best friend was born in Stirling, so I know my shortbread!I recently purchased a box of your biscuits, and I almost cried. Oh my, the flavour and texture was SO like my Grampa’s biscuits that I enjoyed as a child! Thank you! I plan to shop online soon.

Found them in Lidl and OMG!!!! The best shortbread biscuits I have ever had. Where else can we find them???

Best shortbread EVER!! Found it in a local store here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. When I need a shortbread fix, the All Butter Shortbread is what i pick up. Thank you for making such a great product

After purchasing the product (order # 302), I received a message from DHL for delivery. I wait all day in my home. The track informs me that the product was delivered on 18/07 but I did not receive any product and no notice or card was left at my address. I asked Duncans Of Deeside three times by email to find out if there was a problem with my delivery and there was no return or support. Extremely UPSET, it was a bad experience to buy and receive nothing, no response and no support.
