Hi Daniel, just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the course! I binged watched all the videos and took loads of notes. I have been wanting to get into sourcing for a year now but there were areas that I lacked confidence in and the course has provided all the tools and information that I was looking for. I now have a new burst of confidence and motivation to get started. I’m fully compliant now and have booked onto Tina's course next week to make sure I’ve done everything and have nearly finished my website. So getting excited that I’m finally getting somewhere. I've been working with Dan to help me create a Property Sourcing company, helping me to find and sell on deals to property investors. Over the last 12 months, I've done a bunch of deals that have helped me raise my deposit for my first buy to let property. Great guy! Kind, helpful, NORMAL! and happy to go the extra mile - Can't speak highly enough of Mr Latto!!! :-) I bought the £27 course and boy was it worth it- So much helpful info, easy to access and navigate, and none of the annoying up-selling you often get. I recommend Dan Latto any day of the week and twice on Sundays!!!

But forgot my log in details.. emailed him and he had me back on right away.. £27 for a complete course you cant complain definitely worth the investment... once finished I will be doing more of his courses. Highly recommend. Friendly, helpful, informative and complete value for money.
