I've used Rob and Lisa at Dragonfly for 3 holidays. Nothing is too much trouble, customer service is at the heart of what they do, and they have amazing attention to detail, both pre-departure and on the phone call to check all is okay on arrival. If you want all the stress of getting on holiday taken away, give them a call.

Dragonfly couldn't have been more helpful, Rob went that extra mile to facilitate our needs, even to the extent of making the need for last minute changes on our part smooth and seamless. Rob organised a wonderful and complex cruise for us from Singapore to Hong Kong with city breaks at each end and flights. The highlight was the Pingxi Sky Lantern festival in Taiwan. Taiwan?!
