The majority of staff here are SO rude. Always chatting on their headsets ignoring customers. They give you dirty looks if you dare ask for assistance. I hate coming to this shop and avoid it if possible.

Hi John food and service drinks were okay and we still had to wait a couple minutes before we left and they have to go home today at the police station on Monday morning

Staff very rude talking on headsets to each other rather than acknowledging customers. Worse thing they ever got. Very poor customer service skills

Staff need to be retrained on customer service skills. They are so rude. No acknowledgment for customers needs. Miserable and always talking on headsets with not a single care towards anyone waiting to be served.They are sluggish, lazy and not helpful in any way.If head office sees any of these reviews, please sort your staff out. Or better still - get new staff.

Nice, fairly new store, but pretty expensive and not welcoming. Staff chat among themselves on headsets, even while serving you and sometimes push by in aisles without acknowledging you

Just love going in there...quite good stock for a small Sainsburys.It's a pleasant walk from my house. Staff are great.and chatty.its..just like going once more to a corner shop.

Staff were rude and unhelpful in their job. I understand following rules but they honestly couldn’t have been bothered. Especially when they had an autistic woman at the counter, and the man next to her was even ruder. Sort your staff out because they have no idea how to be helpful with neurodivergent customers.
