Piccadilly Banqueting Suite

Quite good place for wedding. Others facilities also good.

Went to view this venue for my wedding next year and it was very disappointing. The venue is considerably run down with overflowing industrial bins to greet you at the entrance. Although the staff were friendly, and the venue has a large capacity. The maintenance of the venue is severely neglected.

The place was cold because no heating had been switched on.It was colder inside as compared to outside.Deeply disappointingly.

Thanks to Piccadilly Banqueting Service for all their help and care with my sister’s wedding – we had the most amazing day!! It surpassed our expectations in every way and we loved every second of it!!We found this Banqueting hall through a friend’s recommendation and the amazing service started from the day we got engaged – The management were so helpful on the phone and then fitted us in to see the venue the next day.We highly recommend Ever After, The management and their staff!  From the start they worked with us to accommodate our unconventional circumstances. Everything felt so personal and dedicated to us, devoted to making our day as incredible as it could be. They worked with us to create something that fit into our budget, giving us multiple options and never pressured into something we felt uncomfortable with.The day itself was absolutely incredible, the feel of the venue, the food and the weather! Everything was taken care of, allowing us to enjoy the most amazing day.

This place isn’t even worth 1 star if I’m completely honest, the customer service is extremely poor. I politely requested a table for the musicians on stage and in response, the staff member tells me “Go grab it yourself” They were extremely rude and towards the end of the occasion as I was loading my van with all the music equipment that I had on their stage they turned all the lights off so indirectly telling me to leave ASAP. I should also mention their hygiene standards are well below standard. Avoid this place at all costs!

I've been in one wedding I never ever had in the worst service in ever in this banqueting Hall I am recommend don't booked on this banqueting hall you wasting your money shame on you management
