I had booked a appointment for a tattoo on the Friday & had to cancel the appointment after explaining the situation.I paid a £50.00 deposit and have now been told that they're keeping the money paid. All I wanted to do was resedual.I was never advised about this clause?Know doubt their good at what they do. However, that's me just lost £50.00. Unaccessible

Beautiful work done by Alana!This was my first tattoo and I took a reaction to my moisturiser due to problematic skin. Alana kindly fixed the tattoo free of charge! She makes your experience extremely comforting and her work is always amazing.

I have been twice now to get some more ear piercings and every time has been great! So warm amd welcoming. Jess is so nice and brilliant with piercing. Will be visiting this shop often!
