If there were more stars to award I would - friendly, reliable and well worth the money.Here’s why -Just moved to the area, and of course we discover there is a blocked drain, after a couple of weeks of strange smells, the bath and sink stopped letting water out altogether.I found Nrg Powerjet on google and saw the positive reviews and gave them a call fairly late in the evening, the guys were fantastic, reassuring and clearly knew what they were talking about, they said they could come along the next day. In the morning they called once again and said because of a cancellation could they come earlier (to my delight). They were quickly round and straight to work.From the start they were more than professional - I said to keep shoes on as we have solid floors but they absolutely insisted on taking them off. They were so hard at work they didn’t drink the tea I made them. To say they were thorough was an understatement, whilst they got on with things - they offered me opportunities to understand what they were doing - as I was quite intrigued i took them up on it. It was not an easy job as it turned out there were actually a number of issues - when they worked out the block they did a thorough check of all other wastes and discovered that there was still an issue. They did work fast but due to the nature of the issues at my property time did pass, before we went into the second hour I was alerted to this fact... things were basically done so they would have had no issue leaving and I would have been satisfied - however because it was clear I had some dodgy pipe work I asked them to spend some more time checking the outside drains, they got the camera out and did not leave till I was satisfied and they had thoroughly cleared up.

I was very happy with the service.Just moved into our home and discovered a slow draining toilet. I called Guy who came out the same day, located our 'hidden' manhole and sorted the problem out all within an hour. He was very polite and efficient and I would certainly recommend .

I strongly recommend Guy and NRG Powerjet. He surveyed my drains and cleared a blockage on two occasions and was very happy explaining to me what was going on the whole time. He is fast to respond, friendly and honest.

Guy came to clear my blocked and leaking drain a few days ago. He arrived promptly, was clear about costs (and competitive compared to the other calls I made). He worked really hard to establish where the blockage was, opening numerous manholes and was considerate to my property, taking off his shoes as he came into the house etc. I would certainly use him again, and recommend him if you need drainage services.

I can't recommend Guy at NRG Powerjet highly enough. We have dreadful drainage pipes on our property which become blocked fairly regularly. Guy comes at short notice and does a really thorough job. On one occasion he tracked the source of the problem to our neighbour's property where the drain had become blocked with tree roots which he proceeded to clear out completely. He's always extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the issues and best course of action and, I believe, goes above and beyond to sort out problems.

Guy first of all offered very helpful advice before we asked him to come out and do a drain survey, as we had damp in our downstairs toilet and we felt it could of been a leak. After ruling out damp being caused by the damp proof course or a water pipe leak we asked Guy to do a drain survey. The survey he did found our drains to be in good order, which he showed myself, whilst look at the drains Guy spotted the pipe at the bottom of the guttering downpipe was loose that goes into the ground and he then put his camera down to find this had collapsed which was causing the problem. Guy submitted a quote to repair which we found very reasonable. His team carried out the repair and they have done a great job. They were very professional from start to finish and did not submit a bill to after thry had finished the survey and then the repair work.

We have used Guy several times over the years due to our dodgy drains. He's never been anything other than prompt, polite, helpful and brilliant. Wouldn't use any other company - he's the best!

NRG Powerjet have been out to attend our drains on two separate occasions. Each time I have found him to be efficient, polite and good value for money. He has also been really helpful in explaining what has happened and the next course of action. I would definitely recommend.
