Absolutely shocking service, I bought a pair of glasses from you at the end of August, one of the arms is now loose, I took them back to you today and during the conversation with the young girl she said three times I must have damaged them when removing them, which I didn't. Also I was told I maybe need to buy some new glasses and to cap it all I must have bought them in a sale! Great customer service!!
