Today I received amazing service from Danny, he new immediately what was wrong with my phone, he then replaced the speaker and Battery within the hour.It’s now as good as new !!Great service at a fair price.

I walked in and someone asked if I needed help and I said no thank you. A few seconds later the other member of staff came over and asked if I need help, and again I said no thank you. He then said something in a foreign language that was clearly meant in an offensive manner about me and then he walked out the shop. Safe to say I’ll never go there again

I chose this shop to replace my iPhone screen, post fitting it my phone developed a host of faults, overheating, to a temperature that switched off the phone, screen was not tactile flickering when streaming! to name a fewI returned to get them to please check and ensure it was correct or change the screen. All they did was to start to blame for a host reason’s reluctantly took a look at the pone and effectively did “nothing” phone still is having the same above faultsDo not use this shop , incredulous staff no empathy and the guarantee worthless!Avoid please go elsewhere

Had camera replacement done at this shop, had problems still and asked for it to be sorted. Still had problems so opened up the phone myself to find screws missing on the plate that holds the connection down. Not happy at all as they said it was me dropping my phone that was causing the issue when in fact it’s the laziness of not putting in a tiny screw. Shop is a joke.

Myself and my family have shopped here for the last 10 years and always been very pleased with the customer service. Sadly that has changed for us now. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a screen protector replaced and was told it was £24.99 for an all singing all dancing screen protector. Would never crack unless it was unusual force. So I paid the money and two days later the screen protector had a massive crack across the screen. It was literally in my handbag most of the time and had not been near anything to have caused the protector to crack.Other than it being unusually hot weather. On returning to the store I was told in a very patronising way that it must have been in my back pocket or somewhere to cause this to happen. I assured them that this wasn’t the case. The next thing, I was subjected to having to watch them hit a phone with a hammer to prove that the screen protector would not crack unless put under great force. I felt as if I was being accused of lying and even then was told that they could not replace it without a further charge. Unfortunately I walked out of the shop at this stage and left my husband to deal with it……….no words. Eventually, they decided to replace my screen protector, reluctantly, free of charge …………….thank you very much………..and already scratches have appeared just through normal wear and tear………and I have always looked after my phones. Just beware, you don’t get what you pay for in this case. Would be better off buying cheaper on line and doing your own. And there was me initially saying it was a shame that a new phone repair shop had opened up close by to them………..well maybe it’s good to have competition!!!

I went here to get the back glass replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and they've broken my phone unfortunately. I took it elsewhere to a reputable company and it turns out they've broken the motherboard which is unfixable, this is due to the heating process involved with only replacing the glass. My phone now has no sound, microphone, videos or vibration and its all due to taking it here. Please avoid!

Absolutely terrible service. Fitted screen protector wrong and when asked to fix it the staff were not happy to help and made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. The screen protector was still not fitted probably the second time and lifted up in all 4 corners of the phone with lots of air bubbles also. Had to then go to another phone shop to get it rectified. Extremely disappointed by this service.
