This place was ok the staff were over run with orders and did take a long time to serve people as it was very busy, it was also very loud and hard to hear the person I was with talk.

Came here today and was not a lovely visit was served at till with what do you want and then walked away halfway through order then when made coffee just looked and pointed ask for chocolate sprinkles and didn't even acknowledge. Too busy talking to work colleagues about there holiday. They were all to busy talking and having a laugh when the tables need emptying... Would not recommend this location

This is the best coffee shop in town, and the staff are always polite, smiling and hard working. Out of the 3 Costa's in Redditch, this one, in the middle of the Kingfisher, is the best!

We went to the open one in redditch not the shop which is much better and you are served qujcker than the one in the centre, it needs to be improved
